I had a really mixed experience here. The first time I went, the massage was great. She went above and beyond, even walking on my back, and I left happy. At the end, the price was supposed to be $70 but she put $83 on the card reader. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I felt like the service was worth it. That’s why I came back again the next day, expecting a similar experience. This time, the massage was completely different. It was very basic, and she didn’t include any of the extra techniques she did before. When I asked about it, she told me I “didn’t need it,” which felt dismissive. Then things got worse at checkout. She asked if I was tipping on the card, and when I said no, she added a $3 card fee. That was fine. But when I tipped $6 in cash (based on the service I actually received), she literally threw the money back at me and asked “what is this?” I told her it was her tip, and she responded that she requires at least 15% because she has a license. She also mentioned that other clients tip her $40, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Tipping should never be forced, and definitely not handled like that. If there are required fees or minimum tips, that needs to be clearly communicated upfront—not pressured at the end. Also, throwing money at a customer is completely unacceptable. Overall, the inconsistency in service, lack of transparency with pricing, and unprofessional behavior made this a bad experience. I won’t be returning.
